Really good service and good amenities
attentive staffdietary requirementscomplimentary spa
the staff anticipated my needs. I especially liked mohammad amin, fillipo and tanvil. chef aly ensured my dietary needs were met (a nice personal touch). shojib on the beach made sure i always had a nice spot. the spa access was complimentary.
i found getting towels and water by the pool a bit difficult sometimes because the towel stands were unmanned.

the room had a king bed and great sea view. i liked the cleanliness and the attentiveness of the staff (they were quick to respond to my requests). there was also a nice balcony.

the hotel had its own private beach with refrigerated water available. there was also a large swimming area though it was sectioned off. the hotel location is near the airport, and , made for an easy transit.

the rooms are situated in large villas. it made walking to the restaurant and the pool so easy! the villa layout feels like a real retreat. fresh fruit was in my room upon arrival. the cleanliness was also great.
i had some trouble sleeping in my room because of noise. i could hear everything from the room upstairs. hotel front desk staff didn't offer any solutions.

the staff constantly ensured i had plenty of water in the room. sunscreen was freely available. the staff took care of sunbeds and umbrellas. saydul and lal mohamad from room service were very polite and service oriented.

the area is very large but designed in a cozy way. its proximity to the airport and all attractions is amazing. its location is perfect for visiting nearby museums and the old port. the resort is located outside the city.
